The CEO of the company is one of the most intelligent and sincere persons I've ever come across. He's the one keeping the company together. His vision is great and he takes a great deal of interest in each and every aspect of the company and all its divisions. They pay their employees well and initially were invested in their employees careers and growth as well.

Dislikes

Over time, Kraftly and the management have kind of lost vision about why they're here and what they were set out to do. The rest of the management apart from the CEO has no idea as to how to run a company. They don't value their employees and their time and have a hire and fire policy. They don't care about the employees' growth and don't value their opinions. You're secure there as long as you keep your head down and do your thing, give too many opinions and you'll be shown the door. There is no work culture as such, no sense of involvement or team building culture.
