...ure of fear by HR management, retaliation if you ask tough question in townhall. - female brand employee harassed by female HR leader and she was forced to resign 6 months back - leaders from amsterdam hiring all incompetent people from his previous company who act like everyone's bosses in the center which is extremely demeaning - no L&D plan since 1 year, now we have stopped asking - globally company is not doing good, so no bonus this year and no increment

...lly opposite... There's lot and lot and lot of negative stuff about the company. No growth / promotion or salary hike for the first 2 years after joining

The company is very good. I am glad that I'm a part of this company. Here, all stakeholders and Manager are very supportive and I'm learning a new things here everyday because Its my first journey in FMCG Co..And I loved to do work here with a very nice peoples and supportive and securitive environment...

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow here.
