Some people are play politics for personal growth. And higher learning points is a good way in this industry. Or work environment is normal not a bad it's a good actually. Then last point are work-life I think it is a good thing for life time span this job because it is a multinational industry so work-life is better for this job.... Thanks

...lly opposite... There's lot and lot and lot of negative stuff about the company. No growth / promotion or salary hike for the first 2 years after joining

The company is very good. I am glad that I'm a part of this company. Here, all stakeholders and Manager are very supportive and I'm learning a new things here everyday because Its my first journey in FMCG Co..And I loved to do work here with a very nice peoples and supportive and securitive environment...
