The company have a good infrastructure and good working culture hans been implement by the management. I love the fact that I am working as a part of this company. I also like the employees rehire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth was little bit slow. Also there is no on job training for fresher hence senior folks like me to have guide them step by step which is a pain sometimes.

Nothing is good in this organisation but social media they are promoting doing many benefits to employees its bogus information

1. No leave - If you taken leave no salary in Units 2 SL, CL and PL leaves Not available and they wont give salary slips, Offer letter, Reliving letters 3. Don't except any promotion in your career life in this organisation 4. if you want to learn or want grow in professional means just stay away from this organisation. 5.Knowldge development very very less, want they instruct you have to do..... Knowledge people they wont encourage and avoid those peoples.

I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the US and Canada. But on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and client’s locat

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is good. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 10-12hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening .

Company give yearly bonus, hike and monthly salary without delay. Every workers are very supportive & hardworking. Work culture is very useful to develop my carrier

Management not encouraging our work. Taking leave is very difficult. Company not follow proper documentation for workers career like appointment letter and experience certificate

In this company for perfect for the production work likers,and good salary for the experience officers,Food and accomptation is good in this company.

Only production relative works handling in this company,not develop in my skills,my ambition is service engineer(errection) for textile machines,and develop in my skills for textile field,and machines
