The Salary which you get is good.

The work life balance and the services like cab and over time benefits are not there, and they may plot you to any kind of work which may be totally different from your background.
Work Life balance is very poor. Favoritism & nepotism is very common in the organization like any other BIG4 firm. Leadership theory takes back seat in BIG4 and they have Managers with very poor leadership skills.
...ven though we have good policy set up at kpmg they are not following in reality. And also in salary they will reduce without informing in allowance and just give reason like transport expenses. But 5000rs is not worth to be reduced in the name of transport every month. And this is not did from starting as well. It was just done without informing as well.
If we raise any concern with senior manager they will not support they only support to their favourable people and if raise concern with HR against manipulation and toxic environment at team. They again tell sorry to us even though they knew all they support only to senior management.
Learning is decent as we used to work 12-15 hours a day and everything was priority task. So we were learning fast.

...each and every day, worked half my weekends and my managers weren’t still happy. Partner said that i should work because they are giving me more salary. Director asked me to work when i was on sick leave. Put down papers the same day i received an offer letter!
If you like audit, then the one satisfaction is you get is from the completion of each assignment. The learning there is good and the brand name is the best out of it.
...r a good sleep, work life balance will be a little worse during the closures.
3. Compensation could be better. It has been bad in my case as I'm compensated lesser than my co-workers.
