There is nothing to like in KPMG. It is a trap. Do not join even if they provide you with a higher salary.

Pathetic work life balance. No projects on offer. Unruly behaviour from Top Management. There are projects which will demand you targets to achieve.

KPMG or any other is a big fish. Hence your feedback differs from teams to teams or rather business vertical to vertical. As far as my team is concerned, the I was directly reporting to high honchoes of KPMG. Hence, dependability was very high. My payout was horrible and there was literally no incentive to work hard. In other words, company was sponsoring its own brain drain. Even if you want to leave the firm, its not an easy cake walk. Relevant period is 3 months; which keeps you out of race from getting selected in next company. Hence, think twice; before landing here.

...ro. You tend to get many requests/ emails which will completely bogged you down. So also, salary is not upto the industry standard.

There used to be fun filled activites every week when the inventory was low. It has open door policy. Mentors and Tls were helpful.

Dislikes

Very poor salary, no job satisfaction, no perks and benefits, employees were called on weekends also to work without any compensation and without travel arrangements. Very bad leave policy.

If you like audit, then the one satisfaction is you get is from the completion of each assignment. The learning there is good and the brand name is the best out of it.

...r a good sleep, work life balance will be a little worse during the closures. 3. Compensation could be better. It has been bad in my case as I'm compensated lesser than my co-workers.

It gives you opportunities to work on multiple projects which will enhance your skills and knowledge.

Dislikes

Mentality to work beyond your office timing. Management expect you to work 12 hours but will salary for 8 hours.
