Nothing much to like. If I have to choose one, I would say the salary hike is good.

Dislikes

Everything. Firstly, they concealed the fact entirely that they loan out staff like me to clients on contractual basis and all rules & regulations of the clients need to be followed(work hours, leaves). Secondly, clients treat you like garbage and try to extract every ounce of work. Thirdly, if client wants you to travel to office, then you have to either travel/relocate to the place no matter how far it is. It can be out of your city also. Nobody cares.

Compensation is average. The work pressure is always the same ie high. Managers do not value the efforts, only thing that matters is working late and sacrificing your weekends. No work life balance Not healthy working environment.

If you like audit, then the one satisfaction is you get is from the completion of each assignment. The learning there is good and the brand name is the best out of it.

...r a good sleep, work life balance will be a little worse during the closures. 3. Compensation could be better. It has been bad in my case as I'm compensated lesser than my co-workers.

Nothing is likeable for this company . For tax analyst they will give you a in hand salary of around 17 k and will make you work on every week end . Only on paper it is mentioned u have to work 5 days but in real they will make you work on every week end The behaviour of some of the managers are extremely rude . They don’t respect the analyst and they wouldn’t understand any situation . My experience is pathetic at the company .

Working here since June 2021. Environment is very supportive and have very flexible policies for all the candidates.

It has to increase the pay scale and the yearly increment in order to stay at par with the industry.
