They give fair pay and hotel stay for training purposes.

Dislikes

Heavy work load and over working is common. No work life balance during tax busy season. Also their recruitment is bad hired us even before final exams and didn't give leaves

.... MBA finance/Mcom graduates don't have value when it comes to growth/promotion. Pay is below average for current industry standards. Have to work on Saturdays or even Sundays (depending on team) during seasons.

Non deserving people getting promotions, skills are not respected, only in which project you are tagged is. It's hell when people are on bench. Nobody supports, you are on your own - no hand holding, no mentorship, no trainings, no shadowing anyone, no guidance.
