Honestly, nothing. It has been a terrible experience working in KPMG.

...en available throughout the day and their work gets allocated to people like us. Salary and compensation is poor and no career growth at all unless you are Director's pet. No relevant on the job learning in terms of trainings and quality of work.

From culture to pay to liberty to enjoy personal space, everything at KPMG is just a perfect example of how an organisation should not be. Complaints are not at all taken seriously and most of the times the victim is asked to leave the organisation.

...ple. Don’t expect that you will be treated fairly in any aspect of the job. 3. Compensation: It’s the worst paying company specially among big4. If you value your life, your efforts don’t even think of joining this firm. You will spend years in this company to realise that you neither progressed through the hierarchy nor did you get compensated for your efforts. It’s a lose- lose situation. 4. Poor work quality and mo learning: The leadership is so poor that they themselves don’t understand the work but want to keep all decision making with themselves, leading to no investment in people and their learning.

People are understanding and you don't slog yourself as much as you may in other consulting firms. It's a secure place if you have average IQ level.

Dislikes

...is mundane with least use of head and only people management skill requirements. The pay is obviously least. The internal processes are pathetic.
