The salary is hike fair compare to other organisation. Thats what i like the most in the company. Work pressure is completely depend upon project to project. Work hour is very flexible.

Work appreciation is not fair enough. Your performance in the project doesn’t matter for appraisal its all about visibility and politics thats make your career growth

...val. Though it's highly safe and provides security upskilling is important here. Good bonus and nice hikes with loads of recognition and competitiveness this is a nice place to work if you are ready for it.

Loads of work, very competitive environment which can be taken as an advantage also as it helps in growing .

What I don't like - No Job Security Especially If you are on bench - You can't invest or trade who works with clients - Never Join a KPMG till you are financially stable they will kick you out without notice period

Job security is there. Salaray hike and work life balance is awesome. Performance bonus and the payscale split up is extrodinary here.

Dislikes

If you want to cross train to any other technology or switch over project means you will be completely dependant on your manager. Certification will be required but they will be expecting hands on experience.
