Adopts latest technologies. No training but if we learn new technologies we have an opportunity to work on it. Very good products like EMR, HR management, medical coding automation, Online exams..... But not for sale.

...Programmer. No work from home option. No awards, no rewards, no appreciation. No proper hike in salary.

Management politics, no support for freshers, you should learn your own, you have to sit more than 10 hours to complete that task, if you want help from TL or team members it may takes hours or days, if you will come by reference or known person, that person gets help from employees.

First off all the culture of the Organisation is fabulous and second of all I love my job in all challenges on my visions and missions. If we have skill set, we can get freedom

For now I don't see any dislikes on it, if I have anything, sure will update on this

There is nothing much to like about kpmd. No growth. Company doesn't have any benefits for employees.

No proper fixed shifts , no proper fixed weekoff. No proper break management. Have to work more than 9 hours. No leaves. No training, management is not a well educated staff. I would not suggest any fresher or experience employee survive in this company

Team members are supportive. As a fresher learn a lot.

Dislikes

Management is not good, they don't recognize our work. Always criticize employees. Resignation of a job in 3 years of the bond period is very difficult, you got a better opportunity they would not be ready to release offer paying bond-breaking changes.
