Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Nothing. A company run by a dictatorial and unprofessional MD. Hands down the worst place I have worked in.

...transparency and complete lack of professionalism on the part of the management. Salary can be withdrawn any time and then it is a foregone conclusion. Any potential job seeker should be wary of these red flags before applying here else you will put your career on jeopardy

... company's MD have full rights to terminate your services on immediate effect. You cannot file case or raise your voice against company for any kind of compensation or anything else because you will never get your appointment letter in your hands on that note you are not eligible to do so.
