Nothing good about this Company. They only try to extract work from you but, don't pay enough. They try to hire frers who don't have any idea about IT industry. And how good they will be paid if they are working else where

... employees are facing huge cuts even the lowest grade employees are facing this. This company has one of the worst management who just pressurize their employees for work and don't care whether they get their Salary or not. They have moved employees to part time and deducting around 80% in their salary without giving them any hint. They have announced work from home till December 2020 but the managers mentally tortures every now and then to the employees who are not in Bangalore to come to Bangalore. The manager even puts pressure to work in weekends without giving any comp off or paying extra. No learning experience we are just working don't have any idea when they will move full time people to part time and part time to bench. No job security. No projects. They are losing project every quarter

Promotion and hikes is not good compared to Product companies in. You will get only 4% hike that also in June month Promotion is nightmare and it will be given only to people's who are Manager bootlicker No work life balance

Poor basic facilities: like no keyboard mouse headset monitor on desk. No subsdised coffee and food Work can be useless if project is not good
