... work to the team and spend time on YouTube. Don't know why he gets paid at all. It would be very good if he is removed and his salary is given to the team to do same work.

It's a good place to start you get top notch training and it is a good place for learning initially. Your peers and managers will be highly supportive.

In cases of pandemic when majority of IT companies didn't layoff their employees Kpit did by telling employees your pay will be reduced by 30 % you will be made to work for part time but there will be no layoffs but employees agreed and worked hard during pandemic and kpit laid offs employees. You will face office politics here

...first organization and I am proud to be a KPITian. Work culture is very good. Company give good appreciation in terms of salary also. Good place to learn and grow.

Lots of times you have to work around 12 hrs a day

Worst place to work with. During this pandemic, First they started with salary cut and that to 75% and then they started laying off employees giving them 3 months notice period and only 25% of there salary. Terrible company.

Dislike: Management, work, opportunity, growth and job security.

After lockdown is imposed KPIT was the last one to move towards work from home. Salary of all employees were reduced to 80%-40% even after reducing salary they have done lay offs of many fresher engineer.

Lack of planning and poor resource handling.
