You cannot give feedback about this company with politeness... because company itself has no such culture.. rather it has no culture.. lot of bosses, n no leaders.. big words, but useless implementation.. some key aspects of KPIT - - Extremely heavyweight processes - Zero work-life balance - Zero respect for employees - Bosses literally shouts on anyone - HR is invisible, they dont care about work ethics n culture... they are happy with just conducting some stupid fun activities.

KPIT is only good for freshers, who specifically want to do career in embedded domain, automotive industry. But still KPIT is only to be thought as oK-PIT stop. You can move away after getting sufficient skills as the company is very much vulnerable to auto industry disturbances. And if you cannot cope up with politics, want real fast paced growth, because the hierarchy is quite deep and better opportunities can be available outside as well.

...n this Specifically about COVID situation handling and business vulnerability: Perhaps the first and only company to implement salary cut to each and every employee( even a fresher) that too WEF March 15, 2020. They stated that the salary cut is to avoid any job losses and they will revise situation in September 2020. Everyone accepted it in good faith Just in 3 months they silently started laying off people. Not only higher grades but even freshers. The salary of most of these people was already cut by up to 60-70% (Imagine a SE batchelor with CTC of 4 lacs would be getting 1.5 lacs per year- approximately 10-15,000/- Talking about seniors and middle management is pointless with the liabilities of home loan, family maintenance responsibilities. The plight was unimaginable. They do not have any empathy for the people who help them build the company. From demerger with KPIT there are series of wrong decisions at higher level with thoughtless expenditure. But what is most disturbing is no business ethics to layoff people in the times when many companies are showing solidarity with the employees. This mostly is going to cost KPIT most, because employees will definitely find some opportunity in this adverse times. Final advise: DO NOT work with them. Especially, PES, INFOTAINMENT unit, it is full of useless leaders, who would ruin your life. If you are lateral, the chances of you gettiing tormented are quite high. If you are from management side, this is a final alarm.

If you are joining in Pune, it's the best organisation to work. The work culture, self growth and compensation is as per industry standard. You will love the career growth. But if you are in Bangalore KPIT, its average.

Promotion and hikes is not good compared to Product companies in. You will get only 4% hike that also in June month Promotion is nightmare and it will be given only to people's who are Manager bootlicker No work life balance

Poor basic facilities: like no keyboard mouse headset monitor on desk. No subsdised coffee and food Work can be useless if project is not good
