They shout on u in DSM if u r not working. School type environment. U need to stay 9 hours compulsory in office. No flexibility. No bonus and sweet also in Diwali , Totally u r slave here in this company.

If you are fresher then don’t join this organisation. No hike for freshers and rating system is very bad the person who is not a part of your project will give the rating blindly . Hr and management will not consider your single thing if you joined as a fresher here and if you joined as experience then they will keep you on their head.
