...ong in that interview, they ask you to take hacker rank tests on SQL and Python. If you fail, they fire you with just one month's pay and no notice. Survival at this company depends on luck. There are some very skilled people working there. If you have another opportunity, it's best to avoid this company.

Many worst things... worst company .. No job security... Worst BGV... Trying to reduce the salary if they have any issues in BGV. Even they have real realtime experience candidates. Don't join this company... No job security even if you have good work experience as well.

Pay is good, if I don't like to work on a particular project I can get an easy switch to another project, work from anywhere option, no micro management or dirty politics

Salary gets delayed almost every month. Appraisal gets delayed by months together every year. Very less employee/team engagement activities. HRs or Managers don't have a regular connect with employees to check on how things are going with them and their projects.

...ity it's too bad they easily throw out PPL working for thm with out intimation. When it comes to salary it's good it will credit ontime but compared to market its low here
