Likes

The company even though a public sector but work is excellent and mandatory rotation shift. Everyone can gain knowledge about power station specially in thermal plant there are Boilers, Millers, Turbines, FANS, Cooling Tower. Infrastructure is good compare to other Power Plants.

Theory training is less but practically will get knowledge. Teammates are cooperative and balancing work.
