...very day in samosa party in evening. HR is most poor department in this company. It discloses staffs salary openly. Due to the reason jeleouse ness arises among other office staffs and thus stops co operating the highest paying staffs. I am the one who is suffering this problem. In absence of director the office becomes a stadium of play ground. These make me very uncomfortable. Therefore I have decided to leave this company without blaming anyone. My contribution to company was to assist MR during IATF16949 Audit. Because I have been trained by our consultants previously. Many of KAIZENs done by me. Many time I took risk in developing taps for special purpose threads, where designers too refuged to make design of threads. There was no any machine or equipment to check leakage under specific pressure in Thermo-wells. No one has idea, how to check them. I identified machine manufacturer and developed leakage testing hydro testing machine at my own risk. I had Identified the operators need training to develop Quality consense and started training program for them. ..But the management disregard my achievements. However I would like to send to message to company's Director who could analysis himself.

On the other hand multitasking works make me good enough for every department of management system. Now a days, we are working with 33% manpower, providing them proper sanitization, masks, free lunch and social distancing during work.

The management structure seems alike staff organization and sole command in the hand of owner. Due to the reason the operator many time bypass his line manager and reach to the owner directly.

Company manufacturing huge product ...mostly foreign vender ...here i learnt best knowledge ..and good team ..to improve myself....

Company is good but growth slow....daily work pressure critical ...12 -13 hours job....
