Company provide food at site for site employees. Company provide little diwali bonus

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

I have never seen a company like kp . Every thing is good apart from one thing and that is preferance at site those employees who are the relatives of manager they will be treated like his own sons rest others are servents.most of the guys don't even know what is the difference between power and energy.still they are existing in the industry just because they all are the relatives of manager.If you are conceptually good however nobody cares.that is the dark reality of kp.
