KPI Green Energy is growing rapidly, mainly due to the vision of Dr. Farukh Sir, with contributions from Moineedul Sir, Shail Daboyia Sir, and Rafeeq Shahb and some of their employees from all department.(Kings without crown)

Most of the top management and ground team are family members, which makes it extremely difficult to work with them and cater to their egos. Their resistance to change is incredibly high, almost to an infinite level. Dealing with this every day is one of the worst parts of the job.

The promoter is very energetic and they are organising creative activities on saturdays.

Dislikes

Few HODs are doing micro management. Each and every talk on the floor reach to HOD. Even though you gives average 10 hours per day, the in time will be fixed for new joiners and for old staff regularisation is available so many times, so partiality comes here.

I feel like I am working in a friendly environment in KP Group, and KP is one of the fastest-growing companies in green energy projects.
