Management will not provide salary slips or appraisal letters. 4. Some team leaders are micromanagers. They behave rudely. 5. Salaries are lower compared to other companies. 6. Designation changes to senior levels only happens if you are work atleast 5+ years in the same job title. 7. The probation period is longer than average (typically 12+ months). 8. The offboarding process is extremely terrible, with management behaving rudely and assuming the employee has cheated them. 9. There are no employee engagement activities such as tours, monthly, or quarterly team lunches (these may happen once a year). 10. Employees must be in the lab for at least 8 hours. If they are not present, they must send an email stating the reason. 11. Alternative Saturdays are working days. 12. Management frequently monitors employees' LinkedIn and Naukri profiles. 13. Alternative Saturdays (first, third, fifth) are working. In addition to that, compared to other companies the holidays and leave allocated in a year is less. Management is too strict about the work from office and always compelled on the same. Very poor infrastructure.
