Company gave me a good start to my career by providing initial technical orientation and upskilling me into the technology areas. I was not sure of myself of a career plan before this job but now I feel am on the right track. Been here for more than 3+ years and have supportive superiors and collegeaus. Steady growth and good learnings. Past year got good involvement with end clients and engagement with the end users which opened myself to understand from a customer perspective and great learnings. Am happy and comfortable with the steady growth over the years. Some months delivery pressures are there and end up 9-10 hours on the release days or week. Though understand it is normal in an engaged role and growing environment with client responsibilities, wish there is more time given by clients. Appraisal and compensation has been steady and no to complaints.

Started my career here when I was less than 2 years into the IT industry.Had no clear idea of technology nor about my career path. Got to learn & grow in the enterprise software development environment & technologies which is client centric. Good exposure
