Initial training Nice Coworkers except some Salary on time

Dislikes

No health insurance for employees or their families. Management believes that employee productivity will decline if they go to the canteen to purchase evening tea. Management will not provide salary slips or appraisal letters. Some team leaders are micromanagers. Salaries are lower compared to other companies. Designation changes to senior levels are not possible. The probation period is longer than average (typically 12+ months). The offboarding process is extremely terrible, with management behaving rudely and assuming the employee has cheated them. There are no employee engagement activities such as tours, monthly, or quarterly team lunches (these may happen once a year). Employees must be in the lab for at least 8 hours. If they are not present, they must send an email stating the reason. Alternative Saturdays are working days. Management frequently monitors employees' LinkedIn and Naukri profiles. No skill development opportunities—outdated ASP WebForms are still in use. On-site travel is only allowed for managers or senior employees with over 10 years of experience. **Note:** Don't trust 5-star reviews.

Dislikes

Alternative Saturdays (first, third, fifth) are working. In addition to that, compared to other companies the holidays and leave allocated in a year is less. Management is too strict about the work from office and always compelled on the same. Very poor infrastructure.

Good emphasis on employee development and technical orientation, Everyone is made to undergo the technical areas and domain training before assigned to their work. Good seniors who are approachable, and friendly. Accessibility to top management. Client exposure.
