Kotkar Energy forced people to work when Covid-19 was at its pick that is April & May 20 for the project. I worked in April work from home ( As my residential area having moment restrictions & my pass was rejected ). But worked in May20 for the new project. Later company not moved further project, just completed samples & wound up. Reduced regular monthly payments . For me they suddenly forced to leave the company in Jun 2020 after all hard work single-handedly in covid period. Work culture is bad, frequent change in decisions, zero job security, as these decision taken by director as per per his whims & wish( which changes every weeks time ) Without concrete work all senior staff has to work long hours ( even up to 10 to 11pm ) for meetings. Company depend on one customer & one line our project model. Even some people brought different area of work / projects / ideas , they rejected by management.

Dislikes

...Job security. Office politics / apple polishing supported by director himself. Delay in salary distribution. Some allowances having illogical criteria. Innovation is supported, but nothing is concluded in business model / opportunity. Dropped in between after long working. No proper structure available foe implementation of innovative ideas. Director believes, he himself will train the staff in all the business areas, as he has 40 years of industry experience. Hence no structured training plan / its implementation.

Dislikes

...on a regular basis. Employees are sometimes treated with no dignity and respect. Salary is never paid on time and sometimes you dont get your salary for months together. Career growth is based on what you absorb from this company. You need utmost perseverance and will to gain experience and knowledge from the seniors here. I was fortunate to jump to another job but it was hard. You are given freedom to innovate but it ends there as they are more likely to be rejected by seniors who prefer convention.

Kotkar Energy Dynamics Pvt Ltd is a great company for upskilling one self. The work culture here is very inspiring and nurturing. The company is meant for learners, irrespective of the field they work in or the number of years of experience they have. Employees here get to learn a new thing or two everyday and they get to upskill themselves everyday because of a super cooperative team and very appreciative and assertive leaders and team members The Directors here encourage the employees by providing new opportunity to each and everyone, helping them handle the problems and overcome their challenges and also provide the right platform to showcase the talent they have. The main reason why I like this company is that we get ample learning opportunities, either through different kinds of projects we work on, or though the guidance of the leaders Not only do we get knowledge about the field of work but also about self development and social topics. All the three Directors are dedicated towards their social responsibility . The Technical Director is highly knowledgeable and experienced professional, who builds engineers for the company and the country. KEDPL is a great place to work. Good culture and nice family to work with. Specially under the guidance of our Director Mr. Kotkar, you get to learn a lot from his experiences which will help you in life. Good team work to achieve reaults and perform.

Since it is project based company at times work comes late. But form me I always had enough work to keep myself busy and keep growing.
