Dislikes

Managers and dept. heads are incompetent to say the least. Everyone is scared of the director and live each day to escape the wrath of his occasional bad temper. Unfair politics being played more often than not like undeserving people receiving raises/bonuses over people who actually deserve it. Everyone wants to throw anybody else under the bus if it means they dont have to face the critical scrutinization of the director. Extremely unfair work timings like 9am to 11pm on some days even if you have completed your work which is because your seniors want you to stay late. Work-life balance is possibly the worst for any organisation anywhere you go in the world, let alone India. Training is poor or non-existent (which was for my case). Communication skills of the employees are on a poor level which directly affects your work output. Poor job security as you can be threatened into getting fired on a regular basis. Employees are sometimes treated with no dignity and respect. Salary is never paid on time and sometimes you dont get your salary for months together. Career growth is based on what you absorb from this company. You need utmost perseverance and will to gain experience and knowledge from the seniors here. I was fortunate to jump to another job but it was hard. You are given freedom to innovate but it ends there as they are more likely to be rejected by seniors who prefer convention....Read More
