The sales team is good & co-operative. The salary structure is also good. The volume of sales is encouraging.

Dislikes

The back office people are terribly hostile. The HR dept is just for the name sake. The incentives are very irregular and are always tangled in the name of procedure & paper work. In short, it is enough to make a sales consultant loose the charm of working.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations.
