Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. My experience with the company was very bad, they do not care about their employees at all, they even did not give us March's full salary, they just paid 40% salary for March although we worked for full march, and after that they just stopped calling more than 50% of their staff. My experience was very bad.

Their is no management, no professionalism towards work, no work ethics, very low salary, no growth, very bad behavior towards employee
