Good Colleagues and no work stress

Dislikes

Salary happens once a three month no fixed date, When employees asked about , the statement come from MD and board of management is company is in loss and whoever want to change the job they should go head, if not employees should sustainable if salary delay happens for 6 months. Very poor management and the result is company is in loss and employees in trouble.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
