Job stability, transfers, open door policy.

Dislikes

No Promotion policy is defined or followed. No considerable salary hike. You can be sitting at the same salary forever if you don’t switch. Office politics cannot even be described in words. No bonus.

Employees have high work pressure Compensation is not so good, you will be promoted role wise, but salary will not be increased. If you are joining before October of the year then you will be eligible for rating and appraisal, else you have to wait for next year appraisal. Due to COVID, Kotak group didn't give any increment or bonus. Few of the colleagues were still at home, and didn't came for work, while others were coming to office during covid as well. No action was taken against them, even if they could have easily reproted to office.So there is a lot of favoritism and partially done in the company. Good ratings arr given to only 1-2 favorite employees and their growth is ensured. Job Expectations vs Compensation is a sheer mismatch Leaves are not easily provided. HR has no say in anything. The muster shows leaves on all weekends, but in reality Employees are coming and working. These are my genuine experiences I am a hard worker and despite all these drawbacks, i have been promoted designation wise in a span of 2.4 yrs. However my salary is still same..what they offered at the time of joining this organization since i didn't get first appraisal due to their before oct joining clause and i wasnt aware of that.. and 2nd appraisal was not given due to COVID Post covid my work is doubled up..te organization is under staffed

Great company culture. No pay cuts even in pandemic times. Overall great company to work. But the growth prospects is very slow. Yearly appraisals are below expectations.

There is an open door policy,we can anytime directly interact with management.

Dislikes

The only point i would like to highlight is the company should think about salary structure for employee is very low compared to other banking industry. As per the grade the salary doesn't Match.
