To be honest I had worked for 1 year over here but harrasment form manager and TL was of next level , No professional behaviour no ethics nothing , company was completely over taken by third party and the employes were asked to shift from on role to off role , when employees confirmed that they are ready to do they mentioned that now hiring is done and they asked employees to leave the job no prior notice nothing was done , poor management

Great company culture. No pay cuts even in pandemic times. Overall great company to work. But the growth prospects is very slow. Yearly appraisals are below expectations.

Mid management involved in politics and favourism based on religion.

The enviroment and culture of the company is excellent, there is no chief politics on this company , hence my overall experience on this company is good. Seniors are well motivated me and good apriciate my work.

It is only give low salary to sales associate and nothing else.here growth is very slow.
