Great company culture. No pay cuts even in pandemic times. Overall great company to work. But the growth prospects is very slow. Yearly appraisals are below expectations.

No work culture, no basic amenities, no infrastructure, Less salary and more work pressure, no incentive and bonus but expect to work overtime even on Saturday and sunday.

The only point i would like to highlight is the company should think about salary structure for employee is very low compared to other banking industry. As per the grade the salary doesn't Match.
