...s. There are some scams going on eg. RM's take money in the name of LI customer. RM give the option that they can provide customer for li but you have to pay for the same. Am has to giv e money under pressure of sales. LuvKush one of the RM in kotak did the same with me.

Misuse of the designation of employees. E.g. Some RM ask for the money in return of providing customer whom you can sell the product.

I would love to work with kotak in future if I get a chance. Moreover, about lock down we are less with KMB

...can get their space to work and learn and utilise their mind in a positive note. Else everyone was very helpful and product "corporate salary " is tremendous.

...athetic compensation, inconsiderate, inhumane & excruciatingly demanding bosses.You get peanuts in terms of compensation as compared to other Banks,I was in corporate salary department ,which is usually relaxed in other Banks,we were forced to write forms despite being managers,bosses always hurl abuses,very demotivating & terrible workplace.It's like Hitler running Nazi camp ,i still get goosebump,whenever I remenicisee about that time.7 months of working was shear labour, extremely tense.Not possible worst than this on the face of the Earth.Please never ever join this organization.

...cpc branches, sitting capacity in branches very low . Number DST ALSO VERY LOW . DST salary also very low no increments for front line sales . and no promotions. Fully manual work with compared other banks and NBFC's. Even no festival holidays in month ends. Month end Sunday are working days.

Worst work culture, even 2nd Saturday and 4th Saturday also working day.and if anyone not reached daily sales target reporting manager is putting LOP and high work pressure and paying low salaries.and not not given any leaves
