Ambiguity in JOB offer.
I recently changed my Job as Business Manager with Arka Fincap, but some how I also selected as BM(Branch manager) with HDB financial and Varthana finance. I am very confused, to what I will do. CTC would be same approximately. Suggest me right decision with reason... 1. I can continue with Arka Fincap. 2. Will join HDB financial as BM. 3. Will join Varthana finance as BM. It is pathetic how they differentiate the salary of new employee and the old employee example if you are the subject matter expert or team leader your salary is less that of new employee who has joined now So there should equality in that I don't think HR is look in to it even he never replies or talk with us.

Salary, if you are a good negotiator.

Dislikes

It is a good place for those who came as avp and above. On ground level there is no work life balance and job securities. The main problem is about the culture, so many conference call happens where only limited time employees get for their work. Imbalance professionalism.

Employee home loan facility for staff at lesser rate of interest ....nearly 50% less rest is ok ok

Dislikes

No work life balance, no strategic planning and working by anyone. Offical working days are 5 days But you will required to work all 7 days without any compensation like comp off or extra pay even on public holiy you might be asked or required to work.
