Work life balance No bad words from senior managers in my 10 years tenure with Kotak

Dislikes

Low salary hike every year even for Achievers. If we have grade promotion they will give grade promotion this year and salary hike next year that too 4% extra with normal appraisal.

Likes

Kotak has good work life balance. Salary benefits are also good. There is terrible on job learning and very slow decision making by management!!

1.Extremely slow decision making. 2. Accountability of deliverables

I am part of Kotak Group since last 10 years and something is there within the Organization which makes you to stick around be it not so much hierarchy culture, down to earth approach and easy going etc.

Compensation and employee benefits needs to be worked on

1)Adopts latest technology. 2)complaints handling is good,especially in internal audit.

...m area managers for insurance business and no proper support to bank managers. 3)More work ,less salary packages . 4)so Many windows for loans and advances which leads to customer dissatisfaction. 5)daily 3-4 conference calls,which effects customer service.
