There is nothing much to like except you may see a level of job security if you're doing good in ops or sales work

Almost every aspect of the job that includes culture, managers, management, decisions, promotions, salary, all other perks, work life balance is NIL, kissing of Manger's hand may allow you to grow mostly, a company with worst management who doesn't even care for employees and men who are working hard. Please do not join if you have some other better options in hand

Likes

Kotak is good for salary hike and appraisal. You can get salary hike and promotion time to time if you perform well.

Dislikes

You will be humiliated everyday. Every day you have to attend atleast 2 con-call. No time for sattle down and customer relationship buildup. Every day is drive day here. You have to relay on your own because support system is pathetic. Have to depend on Service staffs to give common service to customers.

Likes

Apprisal system is based on own performance and productivity. No recommendation required from the any line managers.

Dislikes

Not pay enough as per the industry. No work life balance as you have to work on weekends and public holidays. Toxic work culture along with bad words if sales is not happening. If sale's not completed the you have to spend your own money for the target achievement.

Work life balance is the only positive. Still it is not there in retail branch banking.

Dislikes

The 1st and foremost dislikes is worst SOP, salary and incentive structure. Scope of growth is fibble and slow as per your job role. You will find nothing after hardwork of a financial year. The attrition rate is high as a result of that. They should give value to a well performing employee.

...y Bank holidays to juniors. Yes but they enjoy their second and fourth Saturday. We work like donkey on second or fourth Saturday without attendance and without salary of that days. Like on Bank attendance record we are on holiday but on reality we are working on field from morning to night. One of the worst thing of that bank.
