There is no change in salary even after being promoted… work gets increased but pay is the same… we have to do operations and sales both simultaneously but still no change in salary… it seems as if no work is there…everything is auditable and job security is null but we give daily productivity in that time only still on the basis of ratings salary is dealt… I have tried my best in sales and ops but my Bm gave me 2 star and everything went in vain… then what is the meaning of performing best… And 1st they will hire you and after they will treat you like robot..they don't pay any salary any pramotions...even they don't give you any single holiday..

In this pandemic situation Kotak is very much helpfull to employees, Kotak provides Salary on time without any deduction although work pressure is much more higher then earlier days but for job security it is good..

As it is pure sales in credit card section. If your target is not met then seniors like team leader unit head and SM will make you sit even after your working hours ..... Like your timing is from 9:30-6:30 they will extend that to 7:30 or 8 . And some time senior use to talk in rough way also .

There is nothing much to like except you may see a level of job security if you're doing good in ops or sales work

Almost every aspect of the job that includes culture, managers, management, decisions, promotions, salary, all other perks, work life balance is NIL, kissing of Manger's hand may allow you to grow mostly, a company with worst management who doesn't even care for employees and men who are working hard. Please do not join if you have some other better options in hand

Managers who are not following the company policy. Too much process in account opening and POS. Customer funds are getting hold in the individual current accounts for like 12 months or 13 months. Ridiculous. Worst service provider to the customers. The bank is giving priority to sales only. Not for service.

Threatening every day Too much work pressure Conveyance not easy,in the hands of boss Every single hour you have to justify your salary No proper support from senior management in the form of needs for fulfilling duties Small company and daily even after joining 3 months you will start getting threatening from supervisor. Poorest leadership...Good for nothing
