It is a good place for those who came as avp and above. On ground level there is no work life balance and job securities. The main problem is about the culture, so many conference call happens where only limited time employees get for their work. Imbalance professionalism.

There is a lot of poltics and management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Work culture, Threatening you to destroy your career in the name of PIP, No professional language, no professional behavior. They literally treat you as a slave and if you submit you resignation they started to torture you by saying extension of notice period and rejection of resignation.

Worst work culture, even 2nd Saturday and 4th Saturday also working day.and if anyone not reached daily sales target reporting manager is putting LOP and high work pressure and paying low salaries.and not not given any leaves

...is toxic. No recognition or appreciation for good work and no work life balance. Increment in salary is nominal. No Promotions to good employees rather are given to those who threatns to resign or on notice period.
