There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues . Salary is decent but career growth is slow . There is bond of 2 years nefore which you can't resign .

Threatening every day Too much work pressure Conveyance not easy,in the hands of boss Every single hour you have to justify your salary No proper support from senior management in the form of needs for fulfilling duties Small company and daily even after joining 3 months you will start getting threatening from supervisor. Poorest leadership...Good for nothing

It's a reputed organization. U get salary at right time.

...is toxic. No recognition or appreciation for good work and no work life balance. Increment in salary is nominal. No Promotions to good employees rather are given to those who threatns to resign or on notice period.
