I'm working from kotak 2021to still, it's more comfortable office to me with supportive team and management

Actually I'm working at kotak for past 3 years when I join here my salary monthly 12000 , 3 years gone and also march 2023 I got promotion as a team leader, I given good support to my team also given good business but still I didn't get hike and 12000 only I'm getting. So i need salary improvement for my effective work and do the needful

The only thing i can say good about this Organization is that they have a very good management that's all

...centives they will give amazon vouchers that also sometimes they will not give. They will give promotions only after three or four years and believe me the salary hike will not be that good, ur work and targets will increase but not your salary. They will ask u to come on holidays to make business calls, they will not give leave even if u r so sick that u cant even work For any organization clients are important but so as employees but this organization does not care about it employees they will not hire people faster if some one leaves the job they will just increase the job burden on the existing employees, they will shout and scream before customers if we don't achieve sales targets. Don't get me started about how much paper work and registers are there for day to day operations ,while all the other banks are adapting new technologies in their workplace this bank is still stuck in the past with its bureaucratic practices. There is lot of micro management in this company. The branch i worked for have so many audits monthly,6months once, every year ,if they find a small lapse in process they will treat the employee like he is some kind of criminal and yes some managers will vouch for u and trust u haven't done anything wrong ,but still it will be dramatic.

It is pathetic how they differentiate the salary of new employee and the old employee example if you are the subject matter expert or team leader your salary is less that of new employee who has joined now So there should equality in that I don't think HR is look in to it even he never replies or talk with us.

Worst work culture, even 2nd Saturday and 4th Saturday also working day.and if anyone not reached daily sales target reporting manager is putting LOP and high work pressure and paying low salaries.and not not given any leaves
