Branch banking life Totally full of hactic, a lot of Sales pressure even if you are in high valume customer based branch designated then a lot of Operations work. If you're working as an SO ( Service Officer ) then probably you have to work as an cashier if you did any mistake like any cash short or excess or any fake note taken by you then you have to pay from your pocket only.

Lot of politics in senior management. Salary structure is to bad for every employee as compared to others and career growth slow.

Don't join kotak if you want to really growth in your salary there are my team mate who is working with kotak last 5 to 6 year and they recieved less salary eg.3lack package salary structure in kotak is such a terrible..work culture also not good if you finished your work on daily basis and time to time they r always ready to given new work and who is working slowly they kept them secure and also given the same rating who is working on time or who is working slowly.kotak charged employee 500 rs per month medical allowance and no benefits actually they are given to employee if your admitted in the hospital you need to pay 40% bill,then why they are charged 500 per month.kotak deducted salary without any prior information currently they raise PF amount from employees net salary

Late seating , office politic environment , highly pressurize to all employees ,sales targets even given to operations persons too , and more work less employees police followed by bank .

Worst work culture, even 2nd Saturday and 4th Saturday also working day.and if anyone not reached daily sales target reporting manager is putting LOP and high work pressure and paying low salaries.and not not given any leaves
