No work life balance now. I have to attend concall even at 9 pm when all branches are closed by 7:30

New management of bank don’t care about staff
You will be humiliated everyday. Every day you have to attend atleast 2 con-call. No time for sattle down and customer relationship buildup. Every day is drive day here. You have to relay on your own because support system is pathetic. Have to depend on Service staffs to give common service to customers.
No banking system , customer dissatisfaction, accounts will open 5/7 days after the processing , no worklife balance .
Branch manager have to do everything.
Recruitment is pathetic. So called RMs are not capable like other bank sales officers also . Bank need business like icici , HDFC , but system is like co operative banks .
Products are sucks.
Kotak Mahindra Bank is such wonderful Bank to work.

Need to be appreciated the true hard working employee with salary increments as well.
It is a good place for those who came as avp and above. On ground level there is no work life balance and job securities. The main problem is about the culture, so many conference call happens where only limited time employees get for their work. Imbalance professionalism.
