Human Resources and employees understanding. Human resource donot do anything for employees just gives threat on every occasion to employees for salary hold. New generation should not join this company as ther are better HR polices elsewhere Some department like IT areas slow,no future thought processes. As HR polices are so bad that even your managers and head of department are weak and toothless for any new initiatives

... Company gives me 2.5% hike in appraisal after achieving a 70% of YTD Target.... Appraisal and salary hike processes at Kotak Life Insurance are deeply disappointing. Despite dedicated efforts and meeting performance targets, the appraisal system feels arbitrary and lacks transparency. Promises of career growth and salary increments are often unfulfilled, leaving employees demotivated and undervalued. There’s a noticeable disparity between the workload expectations and the compensation provided, which doesn’t align with industry standards. This undermines morale and loyalty among employees, impacting overall productivity and retention. Clearer and fairer appraisal policies are urgently needed to retain talent and boost employee satisfaction."

work life balance and the culture of the organization

Dislikes

Salary not up to the mark. not paid as per industry standard. additional branches, additional works given without proper hike in salary. Branches have poor depressing culture, no celebration, revenue generating teams at branches are recognized, not the backend teams irrespective of their contribution to the success. Overall branches are not happy place to work.

Can't even count the dislikes. 1. You are never sure that you will get your salary on time. HR can (by mistake) mistakes at time of salary credit. 2. Upper management lies alot. 3. You wont learn anything, if u have ideas of growth and benificial for the company (Forget It) 4. HR is just a word, the people of the department don't know what HR does for a change. 5. You will be promissed alot of things at time of joining, rest assured they are just a myth. This list can go on and on, i just don't wanna waste my time on them anymore.

no gifts or bonus in diwali, every small to small companies atleast gives something as a gift on diwali, working allowance on non working saturdays and extended hours are so less, its just 300 which is below par
