...er continuously says "If you can't complete your target, you'll get terminated". Don't get motivation to work because nobody is supportive and salary is very very low, no appraisal.

I Don't like anything.

Dislikes

...ything. Managers are not help full, they only think about their business target. Salary is very low. no job security. Managers Everyday Said "If you don't complete your target, which is selling insurance policy, you will get terminated". No motivation to work. Overall, working in this company is a nightmare for me.

Never ever work in a life insurance Co. As per their rule an agent get only commission not a single rupee salary& after confirmation salary will be Rs. 3000. Horrible experience working at kotak Life.

Training is more on theoretical concepts rather than practical applications; salary packages are unsatisfactory and work environment is not much professional

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
