Nothing to like about, it is a perect sales organisation

The only thing they understand is sales. Pathetic leadership, pathetic HR some good people whom they milk for small stuff. They tend to show growth by standing at bank branches, asking them to do a 10 rupees SIP to show the SIP numbers and give a mug as a gift. Do not understand any other way to increase growth. Abuse startups doing good work left right and center, if you try to explain something or do an analysis wrt to a competitor, they will not listen at all. The CBO Rohit Murarka is abusive, manipulative and thinks that knowing some tech abbreviations means he understand tech. The head HR, Heenal is manipulative, rude and dishonest.

Brilliant experience of working with this great organization where hardwork, people with growth mindset & right attitude are recognized on great platform. Exposure to showcase your work to senior management is brilliant, I don't think I would ever get this opportunity anywhere else where my work is recognized among the leadership team of Kotak Cherry. Every function be it Business, tech, HR is extremely approachable including seniors of respective function. You get indepth exposure of whatever you are doing. I highly recommend to join this fantastic place. Of course there will be some ambiguity but that is everywhere so people who are looking forward to build career should not hesitate to opt any opportunity that comes in their way. This is the place for people who can put in hardwork, comes with right attitude & mindset, Solve the problem statement with full ownership & accountability rather than finding excuses. So if you possess those qualities then just go ahead & join them

There is no such thing as Company culture. Business strategy is sales driven instead of product driven, where fintechs have disrupted the market by product driven strategies. They don't know half the things they say and are unwilling to understand new things that they don't know. They expect you to do all the work, but won't give a good appraisal, and would twist their words to suit their argument and pin the blame on you even if it is not your mistake. Favouritism and Toxicity exists with the entire leadership team, and rationality never existed

Everything 1. No learning 2. Management not interested in work 3. Bias 4. Only politics 5. Sexist leadership 6. Unsavoury for women who have a spine and mind flirting unecessarily 7. Inegrity is an issue here they promised me a larger role than what I was given 8. No boundaries or structure...if you are senior you can interfere and promote wrong and quality work 9. No respect for new joinees 10. Profanity used at work by Rohit Murarka and the CEO 11. Worst co and job 12. Nightmare of an HR - Heenal she is subpar and manipulative

Only the work life balance as they are only interested in politics and favouritism and not actual work.

They lie about the JD and actual work...when you highlight it,they ignore it. The HR lady is arrogant, dishonest and manipulative. There are no KPIs or work structure here. They tell us to keep quiet in meetings as only very senior people are allowed to talk. It's toxicity personified. They don't even give you an offer letter before joining, just the CTC, no covid policies. If you disagree with them, they start misbehaving with you and start pretending that you don't exist. When you resign, they tell your colleagues to ignore you and behave as though they have terminated you and spread rumours about you. Beware of Rohit Murarka and Heenal Solanki...they are the worst people I have ever met in life.
