I worked as a software developer in koskill i have to say that my experience with this company was absolutely dreadful. The behaviour of CEO and CTO was beyond disappointing -they lacked basic communication skills and treated employees with complete disrespect. What's worse is the company false advertising and manipulation of students.They marked their education related products as if they are groundbreaking, but in reality they offer nothing substantial. Their internship program is complete sham. They promise placement to students after the internship, but it all smoke and mirrors . Their is no genuine or opportunities provided . I begged all you guys not to join this company cause your time and money will get wasted .

I have to say that this company is absolutely terrific. The behaviour of CEO that is Prashant prakash dubey and his brother Praveer Dubey who is CTO of the company was beyond disappointing. They treat their employees with complete disrespect and also they abuse them with harsh words. Work culture is not good in the company, they're giving so much pressure to their intern and when coming to the salary part they didn't give them salary and tell that it's performance based and your performance for this month was not good and all. Additionally what's worse is the company giving false advertising and manipulation to the students. They didn't provide them any courses or internships and they're not collaborating with any MNCs. Once the full payment is done for the course then they'll block the students no. and didn't respond to their calls. Here is a suggestion from my side to the new learners don't fall for this trap, they're doing fraud.

Please don't ever trust this company it's such an fraud Institute were they have earned the sin of many persons...I was a Intern there and in offer letter it was clearly mentioned 10 to 12 days of training and then OJT ..First of all there was no proper trainning given..and For Recruiting employees it will ask for certain payment or an proof of organization or an original mail id.. and both was not provided from their instead that dumb ceo just tells in Recruitment ( sourcing) is a part and you have to do it.... without any basic things how can we recruit people ?? tho I have onboarded around 8 in 3rd of training he is ( pranshanth) such an bloody idiot who doesn't don't know to treat the employee properly........ they will close their company anyway

Wouldn't even give one star They don't provide any internship they just ask for registration money and then disappear! They have scammed many people for thousands of ruppees !! Don't sign up to this !

Working at KoSkill has been as my first intern has been an amazing experience. Meeting with the people here, the work environment and everything else has been something I was looking for in an internship.
