...lture. Kosamattam manager and staffs are supportive and management is efficient.company policies are good and they give good salary .

There is a good job atmsphere in the management system. There is a bond 1 year which cannot resign. I can't continue to work with kosamattam finance due to covid issue.company may becom loss due to covid pandemic. As the case may be company decide to avoid one staff in all branch.

... place is good ..but there is no support from management and regional office ...salary structure is very poor compared to other company ..the basic salary given to employee s is 8500...they want business nd they expect high from employees ... but they don't wanna do any marketing expenses...

Good work environment ... Good Punctuality (office timings 8.45AM to 5.30PM )....well work life balance... Teammates are supportive... easy to communicate with Management ...

Average salary hike... Carrier growth is slow...There is a lot of politics within region.On the job training is not properly given to new joiners...

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Work life balance is good, you only need to work office hours, good job for begginers.

No salary hike, and other benefits, you will get salary of 9000 inr in Bangalore City after deduction of esi and pf , and No support for staffs , if any mistakes happen they will deduct from staff salary
