Overall dislike full of partiality simply salary deductions not getting proper salary not giving correct statement when we r asking doubts and also still I didn't get my clearance also when I am asking clearance they are telling reasons plz give me my clearance

Dislikes

There is a good job atmsphere in the management system. There is a bond 1 year which cannot resign. I can't continue to work with kosamattam finance due to covid issue.company may becom loss due to covid pandemic. As the case may be company decide to avoid one staff in all branch.

... place is good ..but there is no support from management and regional office ...salary structure is very poor compared to other company ..the basic salary given to employee s is 8500...they want business nd they expect high from employees ... but they don't wanna do any marketing expenses...

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
