More than 60 managers from all the departments were terminated by Alok sharma in his tenure of 10 years in Kores. In his tenure company failed to clear its only regulatory inspection consecutively two times. In coming future also in the leadership of Sharma there is 0 chance of improvement in the GMP systems of company. Kores is the only company in my career which is not introduced any new product for past 7 years.
...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue. Salary is decent but carreer growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees. Lower edjucated Heads in every Department.
