...er about the survival of Kores nor the growth of people working with kores Roha.10% salary is a pay for performance which is directly goes in the pocket of Alok Sharma in case if any employee leaves the organisation.Alok Sharma tremendously pressurises the managers. More than 60 managers from all the departments were terminated by Alok sharma in his tenure of 10 years in Kores. In his tenure company failed to clear its only regulatory inspection consecutively two times. In coming future also in the leadership of Sharma there is 0 chance of improvement in the GMP systems of company. Kores is the only company in my career which is not introduced any new product for past 7 years.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue. Salary is decent but carreer growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees. Lower edjucated Heads in every Department.

Deployment salary Good. After that no chance.

CEO very incompatible to that post and due to this current situation of company very poor and no any regulatory certification other than local fda. Due to this person no any department Manager completed mote than 1 year service, all seniors left organizations after joining.

Very good teammates, learned many more new things, good for career opportunities, salary and appraisal process are average, travel policies needs to be corrected and good work environment
